Before the June update I didn't have any trouble staying in the main index with new sites with a couple of PR4-5 backlinks. Now these links will get a site crawled, have the root page indexed but all the subpages are either supplemental or not in the index at all.

Is this a new kind of a sandbox were all links are considered bought and valued at zero by default and will only start help the new site after several months?
