Of my two main subdomains that are fine (and have had no problems with the 950 filter), they do have keyword breadcrumb linkbacks to their subdomain home pages, and they do have *some* keywords in the title tags. However there is more variety in these keywords. The theme is less tight, the nature of the content is more "organic" in the sense that the content was originally written with newsletter readers in mind first, and then the content was repurposed for the web.

As for recip links. All 3 of my domains have recip link pages. Two domains are OK, and 1 is not. So while that might be a gating factor, it certainly is not a definitive causal factor.
