There's a great quote that's often applied to Hollywood or the legal profession: "The secret of success is sincerity. Once you can fake that you've got it made." Are we talking about faking natural development, or about natural development? :)

The reality is their is a ton of very sincere "insinserity" online...people trying to accelerate what is a very natural and organic process of putting up a web site (and associated web pages) and working to grow this overtime...having the engines find your resource and eventually finding its place in the search listings...

Google has, no doubt, delved deeply into the dynamics of this and have worked to include some checks and balances into the algorithms ...
