Something that keeps popping up in similar threads is that interior pages may have more likelihood of being dropped if they are too many jumps away from the home page. Don't know why this would make sense because this would wreck havoc with a lot of intricately developed sites, but a few individuals are reporting this. Also, lately, it seems that the google site operator command is really goofy. Not goofy like usual but a new kind of goofy.
