I'd get a cynical third party to check it for "cleanliness", if it passes I'd look for a possible indexing problem, how are they doing in Y! BTW?
A ban of all four subs sounds a bit Draconian and I'd have expected to see some pretty wild and obvious linkage spam to warrant that.
