that means, if you drop your coffee in a fast food restaurant and burn yourself, because the restaurant did not write on the cup, that the stuff is really hot, you are entitled to get the cleaning paid. maybe the visit to the doctor, but that would be a tough fight in court already

If the restuarant knows that what they are doing poses a serious risk, then there can be liability, as there was with McDonalds.
