This is just one way I try to identify possible problem phrases. I realize it might not even be the phrases but you have to start somewhere and I seem to be getting some results by decreasing the density of what seems to be the problem phrases. It's really a trial and error thing.

You are right that it's not the phrase itself. In these cases I think it was the number of repetitions of the phrases. I don't completely get rid of these phrases, the page wouldn't even make sense if I did. I just decrease them.

Most of the phrases I suspect are the problem are heavily advertised by MFAs and there are a lot of ads using the phrases.
