One thing I have been doing over the last few days is consolidating pages that are similar, and slowly widdling down some of the links on my sitewide navigation to help the PR flow to the more important pages.

I have not noticed any change in google yet, but at least it makes the site more usable and should be a positive change.

Ive also noticed a few changes in backlinks depending on the datacenter. Not sure if this is due to the new link data in webmaster central..
