You may have missed my point. I was referring to stability. I monitor and record these results every morning using the same datacenter. My site:search results have been STABLE at 998 of about 1540 FOR MONTHS NOW. The change I started to see WAS an indication (OMEN, if you will) of trouble ahead. Google was dropping indexed pages from the results. Caryl
