I have one site where the same thing happened - I'm positive it isn't banned, and it's coming back one page a day, for some reason. All the pages are at least PR3 and one PR4. It just disappeared a couple of days ago, and it's slowly working its way back. No idea why. I'm not making any changes unless and until I'm sure it's not some Google glitch.
