I've been messing around with it in Japan for a few hours. The login was a bit of a chore. I found logging out of any Google accounts and then logging in anew was the key to getting in.

I'm still trying to figure out just how I'd get any benefit out of this. I guess it will be better to wait until there is some more user contributed data. Right now it just looks like another place to drop my RSS feed.
