Reseller does this mean the flux is over now?

Does anyone see flux is still going on? I was still in a hope that the spammy sites will get removed and my sites will come back :(. My traffic is Zero Now.

One of my sites Cache is updated to 9th Nov, but rest of them still have cached date Oct 15th.

Kindly suggest.
