Even though the rest of the content is but the navigation, album title, album navigation, and the footer... So far unique titles, descriptions in the meta tag, on the page itself as text ( caption, description, call it what you will ), in the alt text of the photo, and in the alt text of the thumbnail pointing to the page have been enough to communicate the theme to G. So far :P ... Am i the only one reading this into Adam's lines or did he say that (from now on) they'll NOT be issuing any penalties if the duplicate content is within the same domain? Only exclude all but one page of which are identical. This is the recognition ( of the obvious ) that a dupe page of one's own content WITHIN the same domain is NOT an indication of spamming ( there's no connection there ), and doesn't need to be site-wide penalized.
That "photo sites" part of steveb's post made my heart skip a beat :)
Makes perfect sense.
