Lawman might chime in, but if I recall correctly there has been cases where a disclaimer on a single location was not sufficient, no matter how links were constructed. So, the question is - do I reduce risk, but damage opportunity, or vice versa?
This can be quite problematic, aspecially with legal disclaimers.
