How long did it take you to get out of the doghouse once you finished cleaning up the things you mentioned?

Also, did you file a reinclusion request? If so, how long after you filed it and cleaned things up did you get out of the -30 penalty.

Congratulations on getting out of this black hole. I hope I am as lucky soon. We cleaned up our duplicate content 2 weeks ago and filed a reinclusion request.
