People who suggest that Google owe us because they use our content to make up their pages are missing the point. If Google doesn't show your site... then they are not using your content! If they are, sit back and enjoy the ride. The words 'gift' and 'horse' come to mind.

This is a key concept. Google is not some gigantic webmaster entitlement program.
