With rankings still there, my leading suspect in my own case is the holiday economy being conservative. This time of years tends to slow down with one of my markets, business people, and the slack is picked up by a consumer increase. After some number crunching, I'm not seeing the private consumer pick up that I normally see right before the US Thanksgiving holiday.
