It looks like the most recent changes took place on 15 November, probably at the exact moment I was getting my 90 seconds to discuss the situation with Matt Cutts at WebmasterWorld Pubcon. Unfortunately, as I found out when I got back home, I was losing another site from the index, to add to the six of my eleven currently being penalised out of existence.

So I guess we have a new date to add to this summer's list:
June 27
July 20
August 16
September 30
October 20
November 15

(I think that's about right)
