I'm in a similar boat, everlast.

I am trying to figure out which is the problem.

1) I have been hit hard by scrapers stealing my content. A Google search for allinurl: widgets.com does not even list a url from my site until page 2 - all page 1 is stolen content in frames (many of which defy my framebuster script). I am pursuing this with Google.

2) I'm not sure if Google is defining links back to my home page from my subdomain urls as external links. Since they are all PR0, they may be totally swamping my legitimate links.

I'll let you know if one of the other problem turns out to be it as I can't believe my nice, clean PR4-5 site has been PR0'd (cept for a few internal pages).
