I've lost a notch of PR Totally unrelated.

I have hundreds of pages on my site with smallest PR value being 3. I am not seeing this issue with my site
even though I have very similar pages. Google will display 2 pages in my site one indented that are on the same subject but have slightly different titles and h1 tags (they do lead to different products so Google is diplaying unique content). The links out from each of these pages are completely different but from one page the links out are not spiderable and from the other are done through javascript. Each of these pages are from different subfolders
