Philippe Kahn, founder of Borland International, came up with a great software license agreement in 1982 when he released Turbo Pascal. It went something like; "treat it like a book, only one person can use it at a time". Fast-forward to 2005 and someone has created the ability to allowed thousands to read a single purchased book at once.
