my site has penalty for all the directories , pages.. keywords.

But i sow i thing :
when the results for keywords are < 30 then the position is the right one , with no penalty.

I tested like this.

i enter a keyword from my site for a specific language and the total results = 24. I was on #4
i change the language and the total results > 30 and my site was on #31
