It's an extremely scary thought (just in time for halloween) that it is 110% manual - the '-30 penalty'. What hope is there? MATT, ANDY or GOOGLEGUY! Can you answer us just this one question.. from this -30 penalty is there hope for recovery AND what steps need to be taken? (pages changes obviously, re-inclusion requests, is there a penatly time-out time period?, etc) CALLING MATT, ANDY & GOOGLEGUY!
