We also have this penalty - PR8 for years and still PR8, ranked well across the board until last november - now and for almost a year you can take our unique copyright statement and search to find dozens of scrapers and PDF copies of our sites' articles, whilst we languish on page 4. This is a manual edit, I have no doubt. We have spent countless hours fixing every issue that could possibly trigger this to no avail. The only positive being we have found new traffic sources - and concentrated on growing our traffic by other methods we probably would never have bothered with.
