They already have that available if that's what they wanted. Millions of people already have the google toolbar installed, it wouldn't be that hard to track user habits. But jtara probably has it right. Besides, who would bother to move the results around (except for a few bored webmasters). On what basis, because they like the URL? How would you even know what's relevent if you haven't visited the site? Looks like another complete waste of time and resources to me. In the meantime, they can't even get their own search engine to work right.
