Page is a not externally linkable

And I have some pages that are '410 Gone', but google keeps saying 'HTTP Error' or 'URL unreachable' on those so I wondered if those page will ever get out of its index?
Mine verified ok, but apparently they aren't checking the robots.txt file too much. A few of my pages said: 'URL restricted by robots.txt', but over 24 hours ago I took those pages out of robots, and google has downloaded my sitemap 2-3 times since, last time just 2 hours ago, but those pages still have the 'URL restricted by robots.txt' message next to them.
