Think of a search which takes into account a users location and time. Only possible with GPS and phones with assisted GPR or cell based location data. Type in "happy hour" or Pizza Delivery into any google search today and you get fairly irrelevant results. I'd personally like to see some protocols being developed based around bluetooth for crawling location data ... think of shops broadcasting their special deals via bluetooth, this getting picked up by cell phone based crawlers.....
Looks like a good entry point into what I've coined as 4 dimensional searching -- the KEY to localsearch.
