YES! You've got it. Those are the supplemental results that you can safely ignore. Google only recently deleted all of the older supplemental results from 2005 June to 2005 November, and then at the same time they also created new supplemental results for pages edited or deleted since 2005 December. The stuff to be worried about, and fixing up, is where the same content appears at multiple URLs. You need to ensure that each piece of content can only be indexed at one canonical URL.
