All my newly launched sites got PR now. And my project I'm building slowly for half a year, that partially gone out of sandbox about month ago, went up from PR2 to PR3. I expected better, as it ranks so pretty. It also has PR3 on all 2nd level deep pages and PR2 on all 3rd level pages, so I obviously have to rething internal linking structure - however most of the traffic I get from more specialized queries related to 2nd level pages, so maybe it's not so bad to have so much PR transferred deeper.
