Probably not exactly the way the TrustRank alogrithm appears in the original paper -- but I do think some measure or other of trust is folded into the algorithm, and even gets "dialed up and down" at times. Matt and other Googlers have been talking about "signals of quality" for quite a while, and that feels like much the same. Seems to me that something similar to TrustRank has got to be a factor in the mix, and that certainly could account for some of the odd reports we see, as well as the diminishment of PageRank as a be-all, end-all factor.
