vs.

<a href="http"//www.mysite/blue.html">

I thought to be more specific, it was more a matter of using the slash (absolute) vs. not using the slash(relative)

as in:

<a href="blue.html">
vs.
<a href="/blue.html">

Or am I wrong on this one?
