Do what GoogleGuy suggested. It was your obvious issue from the beginning, but you still haven't done anything about it. It may not be your 'fault" that you aren't technical enough to really understand the issues, but lots of sites have been hit for more than a year, and the solution is very simple. You just have to do it. Google sometimes but not always has problems with sloppy webmastering, so webmasters need to help Google along as best we can, if we want to rank well that is.
