i do use keyword urls on category pages and the site did get a hit with this update. but the hit is ONLY on sertain section of the site and category pages with keyword urls seem to be fine.

even if there is 10% possibility that this now might be considered spam i am going to change it i think in few days as i always had in mind to do it but avoided it as the urls are years old and have 18 listings in dmoz. how i am going to make 18 dmoz editors to update the listings..... that is a hell.

also, Johan007. good point about little content and adsense presense. will make sure my pages with little content do not show adsense.
