---- Questions for GoogleGuy

GoogleGuy,

This is a timing question. I have a small site (~200 pages) that pretty much on its own has grown organically -- attracting unsolicited outside links, floating to a PR3, and ranking fair-to-middling on relevant terms in Yahoo, MSN, and -- until 10 days ago -- Google serps. It even began producing some promising signs of income growth until Adsense went south recently.

The site's been doing well enough for me to upgrade its hosting from free, i.e. www.myhost.com/~mysite/ , to shared, i.e. www.mysite.com/. Hopefully, without losing too much ground in the process.

My question is: with this upgrade going on, is it ok in your opinion to do the switchover now, or should I wait a couple of days? A couple of weeks?

Thanks,

finmonte
