EFV, How long ago did you implement your 301 from www to non-www? I see all supplemental results when doing site:www but none (and many more pages) when doing it without the www. I recently removed the 301's I had in place when I started my site and it appears to be doing well this update, although I can't say that is the reason. Personally, I don't trust G's ability to handle redirects of any sort anymore.
