True. But to have a CHANCE to get ranked well, your site first should be indexed PROPERLY, not in "URL only" sandbox manner.The sandbox isn't about not getting indexed. It's about getting any sort of good ranking. It's when your site is #1 in Yahoo!, MSN and others yet #250 in Gooooogle...
