I'm still trying to figure out why Google created a special tag to let you opt-in when there apparently isn't a way to opt-out? This also doesn't pass the sniff test.

Why did a Google employee apparently state that Google sends a Google UA for the prefetch when in fact it does not do this? Same sniff test issue here.
