Some notable observations: 1. Overall downward PR scale correction. 2. Dmoz has shed a PR point. 3. Bluefind is now a PR0. 4. Backlinks of age more than 3 months or so are counted for PR transfer. (Guestimate. Someone please confirm.)

I agree on all. On number 4, I think we see the benifits of the higher PR in the serps, but the little green bar will not reflect those links until August, maybe.
