I think you shouldn't worry about it.

I had a 400 page indexed site, which 98% of the pages were dropped. 50% Has been recovered now and sometimes they drop again.

It's a matter of time that all things will be established. Don't change things (to much) as i did...now I have new pages which have to recover PR again.
