It is already taken by google and it is covered by "Invisible whois proxy" a new type of domain whois protection that is activated only at the moment that you attempt to register the domain. When you are just looking at the whois information it seems like available, but it is not.
Question: In what way would they disclose such information to the public?
By typing it into html and the uploading it in the us patents web site.
Is google inc mentioned in the patent application? I did not see it in the header.
It is there, just they used a white color font to hidden it, ya know, google knows all this tricks yet.
