No one can debate it takes time to create content, however the world is awash in documents, not necessarily all of them have been published online before.
You could be a firm that has thousands of documents, and decides to publish them all on the net for the first time. Papers on 'thermodynamics of widget lubrication' or something. It's important to someone out there.
