Page is a not externally linkable

Most of my pages are ranked much lower than before (just like what others reported here), but some of them stayed the same. Anyone noticed this? FYI, my site was down for 6 hrs on last Friday (January 28th). Though, most of my pages are dated Feb 1st/2nd.
Something weird is going on with my site.
