Declaring were you got it from and providing a link does not change the fact it's copyright infringement.In journalism, quoting is an acceptable means of not distorting a speaker's words. Quoting blocks of text can be done properly, but few do it correctly.
Some sites will let quote with credits and a link, but only if the copyright holder declares so.
There are ways to quote without breaking copyright infringements and you're best bet is to not quote until you understand.
As for the search engines, if the text is dominant, you may appear as a site trying to duplicate them.
When such technical info is quoted, the only safe way to do it is with permission (which its unlikely they'll give you).
