As far as numbers of links are concerned I find a couple of dozen links do make a difference. I think the big plus is that I have really been emphasizing that I want people to use my title as the text in the link. The 3 word title includes the search word I am trying to get up in the serps. I think there really is something to the theory that the text used in the link makes a big difference. Anne
Several of my links came through before the deep crawl so there is some hope. The others it will be the usual long wait.
