Thanks for the sticky before Jon.

Here's the deal:

The index page is very clean and just leads people to the signup page, simple.

For a keyword phrase (I used the page title), it appears at position 5 in the Google SERPs. The four above are all PR6 with *many* fewer links.

With the PR scale being logarithmic it would seem that the site would need many, many more links to get to PR8 (some guru please check me on this).

Would some on page tweaking be more effective for the SERPs (though position 5 ain't half bad in a highly competitive field)? The page is very light on spiderable text, most is in images.

Just some info to help all mull over the situation.
