I thought others might be interested in this little bit of news. The American Dialect Society voted google (verb) as the #2 word for 2002, while weapons of mass desctruction got #1 for the second year in a row. Google received all of the votes for Most Useful Word. Interesting that it has not only become a force on the web, but also pretty powerful and common in the North American dialects.
