Tony, i'm in a very similiar position as you right now. In July my site (The same drug you are marketing I believe) was a PR6 with a top 5 ranking. However I have had a PR0 for the last few updates. I think I am going to give it one or two more updates, and if the site still has a PR0, I will migrate to a new domain.
