In no paticular order:

nice toy: google.public.labs.sets (amazing what you can do with a few billion search queries)
hohum: google.public.labs.glossary (must be something of interest I'm missing...)
huh: google.public.labs.keyboard-shortcuts (scratches head. nah...already got keyboard shortcuts - dont' confuse the issue)
nifty: google.public.labs.voice-search (I have no use for it, but nifty none-the-less. Would be cooler if it could do it via telephony)
