Tried this a while back - conclusion:

Great : to get new pages and channels picked up

Terrible : to get them ranked consistantly anbd therefore appearing with any conviction in the SERPS

Think of the analogy involving being a jack of all trades rather than a master of one!

I would choose the key areas and get those fixed and perhaps use random content around these 30 odd links. If you have many more then use sucessive pages.
