Newb question, but how do you check the pagerank of a site on a particular datacenter such as 66.102.11.99?

For windows, add this line to your hosts file:

66.102.11.99 toolbarqueries.google.com

The hosts file should be in Windows>System32>Drivers>Etc for XP. Or do a search of your system.
